Born and raised in Miami from Cuban parents, Alicia is the co-founding partner of Team Boateng Realty. She is a Certified Wedding and Event Planner and began her career over 20 years ago in the hospitality industry. Alicia brings her extensive background in strategic planning, budgeting, management and customer relations to the Real Estate Community.
